If you contact me through this website or by email, I collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. The website also collects basic usage information through cookies.

How we use it

I use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange training, speaking or collaboration work, and keep a record of that correspondence. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Lawful basis

I process enquiry details to respond to your request and for my legitimate interests in running my professional work. Where consent is required for cookies, I ask for it.

Patient appointments and health information

Patient appointments are booked through the online booking system of 38 Devonshire Street, which handles booking information under its own privacy policy. Please do not send clinical photos or sensitive health details through this website or by email.

Who else sees your information

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes data on my behalf and may do so outside the UK using appropriate safeguards. I do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and normally no longer than 12 months, unless we are working together. It is then securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used. Email hello@thelondonot.co.uk.
